Nick and Mike are two great guys, they will answer any question you have, show you how everything works so you are comfortable with your new scooter when you leave. Nick even loaded my scooter onto the truck and ratcheted it down for me.(I would suggest bringing a couple strap ratchets) Nervous about the scooter falling over with two tie downs, Nick did a fantastic job it didn't move all the way back home.(55 miles) The price can't be beat. I'm very happy with my purchase. Will buy from again.
Great experience. Knew the products. Answered all my questions. Helped load it onto truck. Will be sure to go back.
