I have never been so upset with anyone. Rude over the phone receptionist. Rude hangs up and just has no people skills what so ever.
Mr. Cruz and his helper were very professional and quick to get to the root of the problem. I plan on using him as our go to plumber
Contacted the guy in the morning for a Gas repair, was busy for the day according to him had two jobs before me, and stated he had time next day. Contacted him again and gave me the excuse that he had 3 days of work ahead of me. Not reliable Not honest Doesn’t want to work Not recommended at all. Look for better business. Would have given a zero stars but can’t
These people built a small accessory dwelling unit for my mother and it was so poorly built that it fell apart before construction was even completed. The ceiling caved in due to a leaky roof, and after that they refused to finish the work. They now will not return our calls to fix what they did wrong. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They were a nightmare to deal with. They have not finished anything they agreed to do, even after being paid in full. I am in the middle of filing a lawsuit against them and reporting them to the attorney general and making a complaint to the state against their plumbing license. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE UNCAPABLE OF COMPLETING ANYTHING THEY AGREE TO.
