Setting up a trust and will was efficient, appears to be thorough, and well organized.
We worked with Bliss on our Family Trust. She was very thoughtful explaining every piece and step of the process. She also helped explaining scenarios since our oldest son would be turning 18. Well worth the time and valuable offering.
We used Cruz Law, LLC to assists us with a Healthcare Directive, Will Preparation, and Power of Attorney for our aging father. We worked with Allison to do our trust which was far more complicated than just an ordinary family trust and she did an excellent job! The main thing I needed help with was funding the trust and we are not done yet but so far she has told me exactly what I need to do and exactly what she is doing on her end to get it accomplished.
