Went to Cruz for first time to get my ears cleaned because of muffled hearing. The results were fantastic as I can hear clear again and am hearing better than I had in years. Everybody was nice and I would recommend Cruz to anybody needing cleaning/wax removal
I recently visited Cruz Hearing Aid Service for the first time to get my ears cleaned, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service! I had some earwax buildup, especially in one ear, and the entire process was completely painless. The facility itself is very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a welcoming waiting area. Honestly, this is the best place I've gotten my ears cleaned at. Everyone was super friendly and professional! They used a water pressure machine to clean out my insanely clogged ears. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I'm definitely coming back here 👍
Dr. Cruz was fantastic. I have never had a problem with ear wax, but this build up was insane. The Dr was patient and explained everything. This is not a pleasant procedure but I know if I need this service again I will definitely go back!
