This Dr. Doesn't really do a fair job. He doesn't fully listen to his patients, leaves information out and accuses patients of wanting opioids, when they didn't ask the patient their pain management preferences, or allergies. If you encounter him just speak up for yourself and demand quality care.
Grateful when I see Dr Cruz for myself & my daughter. He has been so helpful & nonjudgmental & I’m so grateful that he’s here with us. He’s one of the few Er Drs that is beneficial to our local Er in Ellensburg. I don’t know what we’d do without him. When I get him- so relieved. It’s hit & miss in the Er & half the time I’m judged but not by Cruz.
