Erik was awesome to work with. He was responsive, flexible, and very easy to communicate with. Even when I reached out last minute, he was willing to help and find a solution that worked for both of us. He was professional, kind, and understanding, and the work was done efficiently. I really appreciated his willingness to work with my budget and his positive attitude throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Erik and will be calling him again for future plumbing or handyman needs!

I've used Cruz and Company for years for jobs of all sizes—from rerouting sewage vents to a recent tankless water heater repair (Venturi valve replacement). Eric is responsive and does high-quality work at a fair price. Beyond the technical skills, Eric is incredibly patient. He walks me through the problem and explains the 'why' behind the repair, which gives me total peace of mind. If you want a plumber who communicates well and does great work, you can't go wrong with Eric and his team.
