I initially had a good experience with this plumbing company. They helped unclog my grandmother’s shower several times and were professional at the beginning. Unfortunately, over the last six months the service became very unreliable. The owner, Eric, repeatedly told me he would arrive at a specific time but would not show up. Did an excellent job replacing my bathtub sprout. Should have been an easy job but I messed it up. Called Cruz the expert and did the job in a timely manner and price was fair. Will be doing business with them in the future.

Erik was awesome to work with. He was responsive, flexible, and very easy to communicate with. Even when I reached out last minute, he was willing to help and find a solution that worked for both of us. He was professional, kind, and understanding, and the work was done efficiently. I really appreciated his willingness to work with my budget and his positive attitude throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Erik and will be calling him again for future plumbing or handyman needs!
