Hi, I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 AM; however, I was running a little behind. I called to let them know I was going to be 10 to 15 minutes late. I was told it was okay and I could still come. I was told it was going to take approximately 2 hours to charge my AC. Okay, not a problem. I came back 3 hours later and my car was still parked in the same spot. They hadn't even looked at my car. Augustine was very helpful & nice! I called in for an emergency on my car while traveling in SF, and he checked my car even though he was closing in an hour! Reasonable price & good service with a smile! I recommend them 100%

Spam Alert! DO NOT share your contact info with this business! First, they quoted me $90 per gallon for radiator coolant, which is $10-15 at autozone. Wouldn't complete the repair unless I paid their price gouge, so I took it elsewhere for half price. Now, I'm now permanently on their mailing list despite numerous requests to opt out. I receive SPAM text messages and postal mail from this business continuously.
