The gentleman that replaced my starter on my 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo, was Awesome. Kind friendly expedient. He was able to get my car back to me the same day. His wife was awesome as well. They give you a free diagnostic and explain any additional recommendations. They have also performed work in my husbands 2007 Chevy Silverado. My husband was pleased as well.
Very good place. They were polite and very good people. Only thing that might be a bit annoying would be that they won't give you a price or even estimate a price for you. You may have to bring your vehicle for inspection. Other than that great work on my Honda Civic and will go back to this place. I recommend this place to anyone who is reading this review.
A must go to auto shop. The staff at Cruz Auto Repair are so cool, nice & honest people. They know what they’re doing & they get the job done. Fair prices & all. I’m a new & loyal customer now & the only mechanic that’ll be working on my Lexus LS430 is Mr. Cruz, he’s the man!
Great honest service! Brought in my vehicle at 125k, Clark and his mechanics thoroughly inspected my vehicle, recommended my spark plugs replaced, oil change, and rear brakes done. Clark gave me a solid quote, which I agreed to. After doing the work, my total cost came down almost $600! He didn't need to replace gaskets or calipers. He removed those costs along with labor. Very honest mechanics. I'll never go anywhere else. 100% recommend this shop.
I have only needed maintainance services. They keep my 16 yr old Prius in tip-top shape. Always let me know the cost beforehand. Work is completed timely. Friendly crew.
