Very friendly and responsive initially. He came to look at my job and saw d he could handle it with ease. Inlet him know I needed a rough estimate before we started. Calls me a week later and says he’s ready to start. I again ask for a rough estimate and he tells me he will get one by the end of the day. I asked three more times over a week just to be told he will get it. After another week he stopped responding and all communications. I felt this was unprofessional of you do t want the job tell me.

Cruz and company worked diligently and reliably to complete my wonderful bathroom remodel. It is a complete and beautiful transformation. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a hardworking, gracious and talented team to get the job done. They know what they're doing and I love my new bathroom! Thanks guys!

Michael came out to provide a remodel estimate for a house I was considering as an investment. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very friendly and professional. The estimate was provided quickly and was as expected for the amount of work needed. I chose not to invest in the property and therefore did not hire this company. However, I would have confidently hired Michael and his crew to complete the work without supervision and without issue (I live ~ 14 hrs away from the property).

Awesome business ran by great people. Had a toilet leak, called Mr. Cruz, told him the issue and within a few hours it was resolved at a reasonable price. I will be sure to use them again as well as recommend them to anyone needing any of the many services offered by them.
