I went to Trevor initially because I was having pain while running due to ligament tears in my foot. Very quickly he was able to get me running again. He tailored exercises and workout plans to my body’s needs. He explains the anatomy of an injury and best ways to support the areas around it, which I personally appreciate. And most of, he is so encouraging- One of my biggest takeaways is confidence, which he helped me build again.
Dr Kati is awesome! She really takes time to get to know you and really cares about what is going on and how to help in anyway possible! I plan on bringing my baby as soon as he’s born!

Trevor is incredible. He has helped my neck and back so much. He creates custom stretches, mobility exercises and strength exercises for my specific needs. Highly recommend!
Dr. Katie is amazing and incredibly thorough. She has so much knowledge in so many areas and is widely known and recommended amongst those in the natural and Home Birth community. She cares so much and was so sweet and gentle with our son that had tightness in his neck and issues nursing and has been so helpful to me in my second pregnancy. We highly recommend her!
