I can't say enough about how amazing my experience has been at Crux with Dr Trevor. I recently hurt my back and hip. I felt helpless and stuck. Unfortunately, I waited and suffered in debilitating pain for 5 months before I made an appointment at Crux. (If you're reading this, please don't wait!) Dr Tipton at Crux is excellent. I always leave feeling ready to take the steps necessary to get stronger. He has been super kind and helpful with my teenagers. I appreciate the videos he sends to help you remember your assignments.
Dr Trevor was so thorough in his evaluation and listened to all concerns! I was able to walk away with an understanding of what he thinks is the cause of my pain and exercises to activate my muscles so I can do all that I love to do. 10/10 recommend!
