Trevor is incredible. He has helped my neck and back so much. He creates custom stretches, mobility exercises and strength exercises for my specific needs. Highly recommend!
Dr. Katie is amazing and incredibly thorough. She has so much knowledge in so many areas and is widely known and recommended amongst those in the natural and Home Birth community. She cares so much and was so sweet and gentle with our son that had tightness in his neck and issues nursing and has been so helpful to me in my second pregnancy. We highly recommend her!
