Dr. Steve! He walked me through proper foam rolling techniques and helped me recover from a knee injury last year. Thanks to his guidance, my legs feel fresher and stronger heading into every run. Couldn't recommend him more!
I truly can't say enough great things about my experience here. I'm very active, but every now and then an issue pops up where I need help. I've tried PT, dry needling, and massage, but nothing has helped me like this. Stephen hears you and uses his knowledge to get to the root of the problem. He's even showed me exercises to incorporate at home. Can't recommend him enough!
In early August, after more than 2 months of lower back pain, I made an appointment at Crux Chiropractic. It was very reassuring to meet with Stephen.
