Knowledgeable and friendly people. Fast shipping, included a wiring harness. I bought 4 ohm speakers rather than 2 ohm, and I was able to return it. I ended up getting the replacements from crutchfield, they were the same price as amazon, with better customer service, returns, and I just like the people and want to support the business. I always check the prices myself to make sure they're not more expensive, but in this case, same price, and way better service. I like this place

Cheap. After 6 months the frame was completely rusted no help from Crutchfield. I have called probably 20 times just to make the audio for my DVD player work and a SiriusXM radio to work nothing has ever worked and I was told it would all work perfectly fine.
Great store with a good selection of audio equipment, Television and cameras. The store has a reputation as a solid retailer and online retailer.
