I ordered a car receiver from their website, and I suspect they ran a background check on me. —I suspect this because I pay a service to submit removal requests from data farming companies that sell your identity info, and I got multiple, multiple inbounds from CF asking me to provide other identifying info because they couldn’t match my name to my phone number. Seems kind of expensive to run background checks on retail customers lol.

I went in to listen to some bookshelf speaker options. Chance helped me explore options in my budget and found speakers, a receiver, and sub that fit me well. I would highly recommend it. 60 day returns and lifelong tech support are very handy.

I don't typically do reviews, but I was so impressed with them, so I felt I needed to. Short story - I wanted new speakers, sub, amp for my vehicle. My husband and I really had no idea what we were purchasing, so of course we bought the wrong thing 🤦 We contracted Crutchfield and their customer service was was over and beyond my expectations! Tried buying a camera from 2 other companies. 3rd time is a charm. I ordered via phone and had good a experience. Will return for future camera type needs
