Crutchfield customer service is unbeatable. They made returning a broken tv easy.
Highly recommend. Bought new speakers for my car because they were busted. They put the order together for me while I was on the phone with them. They made sure all the part I bought fit my car. Customer service and tech help is A1. Go Crutchfield
Crutchfield fraudulently sold me a used product that they represented as new. Unfortunately, it occurred during the federal government shutdown so I couldn't immediately report it to the Federal Trade Commission but will do so as soon as the government reopens. Selling used products as if they were new is considered fraud under 16 CFR 20.1 and is subject to a penalty of up to $51,000. If you have experienced something similar, please report it to the FTC so we can end this fraudulent practice.
Highly recommend visiting this store! We drove over an hour with the purpose of checking Crutchfield out, discussing what we wanted and hopefully buying what would work for us. The help we received from Chris Barefoot was awesome! Can't recommend this business enough! Customer service, knowledge of the varying systems available and how they will or won't work together, and overall assistance was great! Stores like these are needed more than ever!
