I went to the same dentist for 30 years. He did a root canal resulting in an abscess in 2019. When I moved to Cincinnati, I saw a few different dentist but ended up going to Crutchfield dentistry. Dr Crutchfield immediately found that there was still an abscess which could cause bone loss. She referred me to an endodontist who determined the tooth could not be saved. I had to switch dentists because of my insurance coverage. It was a blessing in disguise, the Crutchfield Dental group treat me so well when I come in for my appointments. When I walk in the door, I am greeted with a smile from the receptionist at the desk. My wait time is always short, and when I see my favorite dentist (Dr. Carlsie,) she makes me feel like I'm her favorite patient. Thank you!
Crutchfield dental was not was I expecting the staff and the personnel at the facility did a great job and I felt more comfortable than I have in a long time at a dental office.
