They take forever, and when I say forever, I mean that our vehicle has been there for over 2 months! We have called, been told they'd call us back and update us, we NEVER get a call back! When a few weeks had passed and still no call, we called, they had FORGOTTEN ABOUT US, and hadn't even started on our vehicle. We were told they'd get on it.
