When we arrived their was another party going on in OUR room! They kept acting like they did me a favor by giving me a free upgrade, this is a joke!!! I have spent several hundreds of dollars at that place, and can't even get an apology!!! The party was in the wrong room, we picked up everything to move, only to be directed back into the same room! Horrible experience. Found hair in our food. Mario, the store manager acted like he didn't care. We booked a glow party, and they didn't set us up with that kind of party. Then proceeded to bring in some lights and expected us to eat and have the party in the dark. Luckily we turned the lights on, or we would have been eating hair. As we were leaving, the manager came up to us and started an argument. So much for having a nice, fun party for our kids.
Better than any of the chain pizzas. Not a pizzeria place which is what I lean towards (NY style thin crust). I'll go back again but like Gozzettis & Brothers NY pizzeria's thin crusts better.
