On 7/31/2025 my wife and I had ordered food on Crusts website at 5:40 pm and we got our confirmation email shortly after. The original ETA of our food was 6:45 then we got a msg later saying there is a delay and our food wouldn’t be ready till 7:20 which wasn’t a big deal. We got a phone call from the driver that was there to pick up the food and he then stated that the food wasn’t there and someone must have taken it.
