All of our cheeses are shredded from block form in each location daily; our cheese never comes pre-shredded in a bag. Met with a group of fellow musicians on a Monday night as a celebration of a successful season. The employees were very accommodating in putting tables together for us. We ordered at the cashier and got our own drinks. Some people ordered appetizers for everyone to share. The pizza rolls, filled with pepperoni and mozzarella, were huge!
