I had an excellent experience at Crust Pizza Richmond. The customer service was top-notch, and the speed of service was impressive. The family-friendly atmosphere made our meal enjoyable for everyone. The thin-crust pizza was delicious, with a great variety on the menu. The takeout quality was perfect for a cozy night in. The cleanliness and value for money make this spot a must-visit. Would love to go back!
Food is great, employees are friendly but they have to get their phones to work. Second time I try to call for a pick up and phones not working.
Wanted to try something new and was really hoping for a good experience, but this place was a letdown. The pasta was mushy, and they were out of both regular and sparkling water. The fountain drinks tasted like bleach — honestly concerning. Service was just okay, nothing special, and it took around 20 minutes just to get a single pizza order. Overall, not worth the visit.

Inconsistent with the menu, Dont have any chips like menu says, Dont have some sauces like menu says, Almost got charged for salads when it came with the combo. Use to come here once a week “Their policy” cant Take-out “lunch specials” after increasing the price. Well i should say, depends on who answers the phone. Paid the same $12 for a “combo” as I would for “lunch special” Oh and still got charged for sauce when “it should have came with my meal” Not the employees fault.
