I ordered delivery from Crust & Buns some time ago after receiving a menu advertisement in the mail. I never heard of this place prior to receiving the advertisement and assumed it was a new restaurant but later found out it had been in business long enough. The online ordering was not working that day, so I called in to place an order. The gentleman who took my order was friendly but was new, so it took a bit of time to place my order. The lamb was cold and the rice was hard. The chicken ka bob was very good. The woman that worked the front was very kind and polite.
DON’T BOTHER! You will not get what is advertised!! I ordered a special that came with wings, sub, fries and a soda. They forgot the fries and idk what that is, but it’s not a sub. I called and spoke to a lady. She told me the special doesn’t come with fries. I said it’s on the menu when you order online. She kept going back and forth me saying you don’t get fries. Straight trash . Couldn’t even get ranch with my wings . Lady kept hanging up on us. The left the phone off the hook for 20 mins and refused to fulfill my order. On top of the food being average as ever and the wings not being saucy or cooked well
Ordered cheese fries, mozzarella sticks, and two pizzas based of their reviews. They were very courteous offering an alternative to the mozzarella sticks as they were out. Chose pizza fries. Food smelled great. The disaster is when we got home and I found out the pizza fries was instead another order of cheese fries. I opened and consumed some of the first one and opened the second one to get more cheese.
