My husband and I are RV newbie’s. Jim came and went above and beyond to figure out the problem with our aqua Hot system it was an intermediate problem so he had to come back a couple of times. Never had to wait very good communication highly recommend great person very great work ethic will not take advantage of you.

We contacted Jim to perform an inspection on a Class A Motorhome we had put a deposit on. We live in VA and could not easily get to the RV. Bottom line is that Jim saved us from purchasing a very expensive Motorhome that had several major defects that were not easily seen. Jim was extremely thorough and called us several times during the inspection to show us defects and issues that the dealer was not even aware of. Jim performed an inspection for me. Im in Pennsylvania and needed him to perform an inspection on a Class A motorhome, which my family was going to use to make a big financial decision.
