Jim McKay was hired to do a pre purchase inspection on a new travel trailer. Jim was early to the job and stayed until the job was completed to ensure that everything was done thoroughly and professionally. Highly recommended!
We were able to schedule a maintenance service call during our travels from Indiana to Florida through Cullman, Alabama. Jim McKay (owner) recommended a beautiful, quiet, easy access Palomino RV resort campground for us to stay. He was professional, efficient, and budget friendly. My husband and I are RV newbie’s. We had done a lot of research before buying a unit and afterwards but still was not confident that the used RV we had purchased was safe to use or that we really knew enough about it. Jim came and went above and beyond to figure out the problem with our aqua Hot system it was an intermediate problem so he had to come back a couple of times. Never had to wait very good communication highly recommend great person very great work ethic will not take advantage of you.
We contacted Jim to perform an inspection on a Class A Motorhome we had put a deposit on. We live in VA and could not easily get to the RV. Bottom line is that Jim saved us from purchasing a very expensive Motorhome that had several major defects that were not easily seen. Jim was extremely thorough and called us several times during the inspection to show us defects and issues that the dealer was not even aware of.
