Great classes and shower facilities
Great service, great trainers, great amenities!
Great workout with a team of coaches that challenge you! I like the variety of training. Some classes are more cardio focused, some more strength. And the yoga classes are a great way to improve my flexibility!
Psh. The only competition is yourself. A solid group of individuals and coach’s.. the owner puts the needs of athletes first. This place is always striving to be and do better. From the front desk, to ambassador staff, everyone works together so everyone gets better. Where else you going to find that? No ego’s… no attitudes! just wacky personalities, just new friends and PR’s waiting on you, to show up for Yo’self! I hope this place stays forever.
