Always a terrific experience! I moved out to Long Island, but I always make a point to visit Crush. I get so many compliments on my hair and their prices are quite reasonable. I really appreciate that as a customer, they listen to my concerns and address them. And totally honest! How many stylists tell you just to get a root touchup or a single process instead of trying to upsell to full head color? if you live in Astoria consider it a blessing that Crush is so close to you. The color results were amazing - exactly what I wanted, and that’s why I came back. However, the overall experience wasn’t as great. The styling was on the rough side, so if you prefer a gentler touch, I guess it’s worth mentioning. Also, there’s a hefty credit card fee that wasn’t clear upfront. Lastly, double-check your booking, as I was given full color instead of the single process I scheduled. Great results, but the experience could be smoother.
