Natalie did a really stunning job on my partial highlights, asking for inspo pictures and clarifying every detail. The color is absolutely perfect and my roots are beautifully blended. I love it! My only gripe is that the pricing is unclear: the price list states $190 (not $190+) for a level 4 stylist but I got blindsided with a $314 total, apparently for extra product. I've had partial highlights many times before and they don't usually balloon into 4 bowls! Would have been nice to get a heads-up before checkout.
I truly recommend Vanessa. She’s been doing my hair for over 10 years, and I’m always so happy with the results. She truly listens and delivers exactly what I want every time. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she also created such a comfortable and welcoming experience. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. Vanessa is the best. She does my highlights and styled after.
Crush salon provided excellent service, as evidenced by my April 13 visit for a haircut and keratin treatment with Natalie. Her professionalism, warm demeanor, and beautiful appearance put me at ease. The salon's cleanliness, classy atmosphere, and complimentary beverages were notable highlights. I would definitely request Natalie for future appointments. Thank you!
