I started coming here for Ella, and love the way she replies and gets me in as quick as she can whenever I need! She does exactly what I want and gives her opinions also, she’s also always available whenever I have questions! Can’t wait for my next appointment!
I had a second haircut appointment with Jasmine and she cancelled 5 minutes before the 48 hour cancellation policy which I had to leave a $50 security deposit. My previous appointment was only 5 weeks prior and I was hoping she could correct prior errors, guess not. Now it takes 3-5 business days to get my security deposit back and it’s Friday. $50 is more than 50% of the cost of the service! I do not recommend this place. I called the owner and left a message. Extremely disappointing experience. This was my first time visiting this salon, and I chose it based on the positive reviews and convenient location. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 AM and even informed them in advance that I’d be arriving 15 minutes early. They confirmed they could accommodate that. $ 500 up service! Just fabulous! First time I walked in salon and sweetest Natalie met me and I told her I need ASAP appointment for my Hair balayage. She reffed me to this one of the best hairdresser I ever come across his name is Elias. I met him and was little nervous. I needed so much work on my hair before starting coloring.
