Natalie did a really stunning job on my partial highlights, asking for inspo pictures and clarifying every detail. The color is absolutely perfect and my roots are beautifully blended. I love it! My only gripe is that the pricing is unclear: the price list states $190 (not $190+) for a level 4 stylist but I got blindsided with a $314 total, apparently for extra product. Areli is and was amazing!! it took me 6 years to finally decide on balayage and just doing something different in general. She was quick to comfort me and respond via Instagram. I was able to get in right away with her too before changing my mind on this big decisionfor me. She speaks with such grace and understands your vulnerability. She made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Areli my hair came out amazing!!
I absolutely love this salon and have been going here for the past couple of years and have been with different stylists, but Monica is the best! She has been my go-to gal and always does my hair the way I want! Her and the staff here are the sweetest people, so I always book when I need freshly cut and glossy hair:) I highly recommend booking here because you leave feeling so amazing, plus maintaining gorgeous hair after!
Extremely Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Customer Service My blowout appointment was scheduled for 3:15 PM, and I arrived around 3:18 PM. A receptionist checked me in on an iPad, assured me my stylist would be right with me, offered me a drink, and even placed my phone on the charger at the front desk. I recently moved to the area and wanted a shorter cut for my curly hair, which I’ve done many times before. The stylist recommended layering to work with my curls, but after leaving with my hair blow-dried straight, I noticed the shortest layer was significantly shorter than the rest. I came back to have it corrected with texturizing, and while it looks great when blow-dried straight, the issue is even more noticeable when my hair is naturally curly.
