This has been a long overdue shoutout for Cassie, I have been coming to her for 2 years for my haircuts, and my first balayage was with her. She listens and delivers what you ask for. Such nice, kind, and respectful person. Cassie is very experienced and knowledgeable, never tries to oversells. If you are new to Fremont/ Newark, would highly recommend her! :)

I have never experienced such unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful service from a business. I booked my appointment THREE MONTHS in advance with a specific stylist. I received confirmation and was never contacted about any changes. I took time off, planned my day around this appointment, and showed up on time — only to be told at the front desk that the stylist no longer works there and that they were fully booked. First time seeing Fallon at Crush Salon and it was such a good experience. She was easy to talk to, really listened to what I wanted, and made the whole appointment feel relaxed. She explained things without overcomplicating it and I never felt rushed. My hair turned out exactly how I hoped and still feels healthy, which I really appreciate. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their hair.
