Crush has been apart of my weekly routine for 3 years now and I absolutely love the people and the quick, healthy shake to take on the go. Even if you have tried protein shakes in the past and didn't like them I guarantee there is a flavor you will soon be calling your favorite. The coaches have offered me accountability over the years to help me maintain a healthy weight and they believe in their product so much they give you your first shake free!
This is my daily stop in PC. Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name! I love Crush, the staff are like family, and the shakes are yummy!
Love the staff, they are really friendly and love the mango aloe, I'd never tried aloe til visiting Crush. Favorite protein shake is the chocolate mint :)
