Horrible experience for our first time at crush. Our waitress was great but food wasn't very good, our ball machine didn't work. The mister was dripping water all over our table and in our food and drinks. The place was dirty and seemed run down. Clubs sucked, balls were dirty and looked so old and used. The group next to us kept stealing our clubs. Definitely not worth the price we payed. Left very unhappy. We complained to the waitress when she came for payment but she didn't do anything to make it right.
Chips were stale with the chips and salsa. Server was great. Had a broken ball machine. Dirty facility. The games are boring. The clubs are all mixed up with other people's. The masters drained water into our food. Horrible experience. The seating was garbage. 2 chairs for 4 people. Others had couches.
Dax provided outstanding service, making our visit truly memorable. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Cool place! It’s a lot of fun, but sometimes the sensors don’t work super well which can be a bit frustrating when you have to hit 8 times to get it to actually work.
Great date night, fun games, great food, and the drinks did their thing too! It was a great vibe and a great night!
