Absolutely terrible customer service. Don’t know about the gym, would have loved to hear more about it but the dude on the phone hung up. Very little professionalism here.
I would not recommend joining this gym. The gym owner decided to move locations about a month after locking me into a 12 month pre-paid contract. I spoke with the gym owner saying that I was not satisfied and he promised that he would refund me the cost of my membership due to the location move. Instead of holding true to his word, he dodged all of my phone calls and wouldn't give me a straight answer whenever I saw him at the gym. I would not trust him with your money or your fitness.
