Just got told today after a week of calling that a outer vest carrier that I ordered over two months ago was not ordered until Monday. After making calls all week and being told that I would get a call back I get told today that they were scared to call me back. Way to go. Now I won’t get it till October.
Leanna went to great lengths to take care of my order ( after I had it messed up pretty good �) Extremely satisfied with products and the great customer service. Y'all are doing an excellent job!!
The ladies were great and helped us after wr rused ro get there at 4:15 staying late to sew on patches and hem pants. Great customer service!
I deal with the employees at Cruse on a daily basis. The ladies working both up front and behind the scenes are the best. Steve and Cindy has a great staff. They put up with me and my last minute calls everyday and jump to help. They make my job as the Quarter Master at LRPD a lot easier. Stay the way you are ladies.
