We first met Crusader Newcastle at the Newcastle Caravan Show early 2025. We drove from the Blue Mountains to their dealership ordered a new van and took delivery recently. We have a great experience dealing with Jacob from the first moment and beyond. Travelling nearly 2 hours should say it all......as we could have dealt with a dealership closer to home.
We had such a wonderful experience with Crusader Newcastle! Mark and Chris are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and so helpful. We feel so lucky that when our van had an issue, we came across them. Thanks to their support, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and stress-free part of our trip.

I know that he went to a lot of trouble juggling time slots so we could get fixed by the day i needed it. Once again great service Jeff and the team.
I walked into the showroom on a Saturday morning requiring a part to be able to travel. The service area was closed. The salesman went above and beyond to help. He searched for the part and was able to provide me with the part I needed to get the van on the road. Thank you so much Crusader Newcastle, another happy customer.
Be careful when dealing with crusader Newcastle. Bought a second hand van was told everything was working properly. After leaving dealership found stability control not working. guys had changed brake away but must have lost a screw as per photo found it shorting out an output to the chassis. Also van had a leak after being told van had been checked out extensively. When I informed them they said you buy as is. So basically bad luck. Beware Crusader Newcastle
