Crusader insurance company has enter into runoff immediately. Crusader is nonrenewing its existing policies. They certainly did not live out their mission statement. Does runoff mean the end of Crusader in in their near future?
Horrible, horrible. They will sue you if you have a claim. They hire terrible lawyers to defend you and then they sue you to pay for the lawyers and get you to pay for the settlement. Stay away from this nightmare.

Unfortunately today I had the displeasure of encountering a representative answering the phone and refusing to give me her name. The representative stated her name and position is Receptionist. Receptionist didn’t hesitate in remembering and stating she’s the only employee completing claims. Receptionist has forgot about professionalism.
