On their Instagram account it states that they will be suspending payments as of April and if you are charged to contact the club directly. I waited to reach out once they opened again to discuss the account being charged and they refused to refund or credit my account because i did not email them when they were closed. I'm simply going to be reaching out to corporate.

I like it. the only down fall is people that think it's their personal gym. Sit on machines on their phones and always want to use 2 to 3 machines at once. putting their water bottles,sweaters and gym bags on them. so no one can use them.

crunch representatives are bbn thieves. they deducted twice our of my bank acct. 40.00 and 10.00. the agreement I signed did not say anything about 50.00 for enrollment. I have been trying to contact steve who was to call me today. Bill who signed me up was not very informative on the agreement.
