So after a few attempt of trying to cancel my membership as my contract expired. Instead of accommodating my request they are giving me a hard time. I told them that I have moved away and just wanted to get this cancel, front desk said she will pass this to the manager as there is a way to it like going to the club. AGAIN I MOVED AWAY FROM YUKON. I have been trying to cancel my membership, its so hard to do! They couldn't take cancelation over the phone, I wrote an email, and got billed for a whole year! I said its fine, I had been busy, and I have tried again and still asked me to write another email for the cancelation! This is totally B.S. I have been a member to other gym, and cancelation is as easy as signing up.
