I want to give credit to Leslie Crooks for a great tour and easy experience signing up for my membership. Also, a terrific experience with the personal trainer consultatation with Casey. He made time for a session for me and my husband together, which made me feel more comfortable. We both received good advice on form and what machines to use, plus guidance on good dietary practices. When I first signed up a few years ago, I did have one billing issue like other people here said. Looking back, it was my fault, but they fixed it and I continued. That makes me wonder a little about other complaints. I have a recurring knee issue that kept popping up (pun intended). I finally cancelled while I get it fixed for good. Alfredo helped me with my cancellation. He was extremely kind and thoughtful about my situation. He is a perfect example of great customer service.
