Used to love this gym. Recent management changes have made it feel more like a frat house running a side hustle vs a professional establishment. Bring back TJ and his crew!!! Truly no offense to anyone there now, but it’s definitely worse off - in my opinion. My trainer Dave quit due to some management decisions and changes. Understandable. Crunch failed to communicate that my trainer was no longer with them and failed to work proactively to obtain a new trainer for my sessions. I’m into my second month with Crunch now and I’m ready to cancel, here’s why: 3 machines that I used at my previous gym are currently broken at Crunch. Broken machines take 4-6 weeks to be looked at and if the part isn’t already available the maintenance guy doesn’t come back for another 4-6 weeks. So a broken machine can take 12-18 WEEKS to repair. Crunch is open till 11 during the week and 8 on weekends, which as is are the shortest hours of all the gyms around. 40 mins prior to close however, so 10:20 and 7:20ish, they sh... read more
Great gym! Super nice staff and I remember when this gym used to be super dirty but now it’s hella clean
