Terrible experience with Bella at Crunch Fitness Winter Garden. She told me one thing over the phone, but when I checked, it was completely different. When I tried to explain that my account was showing issues, she couldn’t be bothered to actually listen or help. Instead, she rushed me off the phone, gave me attitude, and seemed more focused on watching guys in the gym than doing her job. Completely unprofessional, lazy, and careless. "No Judgments"? Really? I signed up for my Crunch membership completely online without ever stepping inside the gym. According to your own app’s FAQ, memberships can be canceled either over the phone or in person. However, both times I called to cancel, I was spoken to in a condescending tone and told I must come in to cancel — directly contradicting your stated policy.
