I initially loved crunch. As time goes by I’m not thrilled. One of the most unprofessional gym staff I have ever seen. I have worked in the gym business and managed a large chain gym. The amount of sitting on counters, lack of acknowledgement to members, always playing on a phone without even speaking to members as they come in, and the overall motivation of the staff is awful.
Crunch is the best! I have really enjoyed the staff and the amenities over the last 6 months.
