I canceled my membership barely one month after opening in the first week of April, or so I thought. The staff member failed to cancel my membership after confirming with me it was canceled. After receiving a charge for the following month, I took my credit card information off my account. I then called to confirm the membership cancellation with no luck after speaking to staff members multiple times trying to figure it out.
