If you ask me, I'd rather give it 0 stars because they're dishonest. Be very careful when signing any form to take a class that requires payment, because they have hidden fees that they never tell you you'll have to pay even if you don't receive the service. They have very poor customer service.
Not my first time enrolling in this gym. Showed up for my first day in a long time at 6am on a Friday. Doors shut and a bunch of people are waiting for someone to open up the gym for the day. We’re off to a lovely start…
I'm from Jersey and I was looking for a good sauna since this area doesn't have an LA Fitness and this seems to have the best sauna around but this is what made me not go back: 1) there are women staff in and out of the men's locker room. 2) One of the female workers was cleaning the locker room showers and didn't put up a warning sign. She didn't rope off the area either. I almost slipped and I pointed this out but they said the mop bucket means be careful.
