It's always dirty here, they never actually "clean". The group fitness room always has balls of hair all over the floor and is dirty. The spin room is the same way and about half of the bikes in that room are ALWAYS broken. The "manager" of kids crunch apparently makes her own rules. My son previously had and foot and mouth the week prior. Seems like the daycare or “babysitting” manager likes to make rules of her own due to her own judgements. It’s been stated it’s not a daycare it’s a babysitting service with a fee… Ok, so you don’t value my child and don’t take it as serious? Stop making excuses for bad behavior and judgments on your end. If you care about your kids overall wellbeing- I’d advise looking somewhere else for a gym with a service like this. Won’t be returning to this or any crunch facility. Never again lol
