I had a inquiry about a price issue with an annual fee and my membership not being cancelled when I had cancelled it. I was connected on the phone with Diego and he was great at communicating the dispute and he really showed how much he cared about his job. I would definitely recommend Diego if I had to pick anyone!

My girlfriend has a membership and I visited as her guest. I liked the gym, but I don't appreciate being bombarded with text messages and emails.

Signed a personal training contract here recently and had a frustrating experience. After signing up, our assigned trainer never scheduled or completed a first session, and communication about getting started was very unclear. When we tried to resolve the issue, we were told we could not cancel because the short cancellation window had passed. Trying to get in contact with someone to cancel my membership. I cannot get any information from anyone. I’m sure the gym itself is fine and the staff do a wonderful job. I now live over 400 miles away from this location. The availability of any kind of customer support is an area they can easily improve with a email or phone number that’s not an AI generated representative. Edit in response to the owner, I live over 400 miles away. I cannot just stop in to cancel.
