I had an amazing experience at Crunch Fitness White Station! Reggie, Kaitlyn (hope I spelled that right!), and Brian were incredibly helpful with switching my membership. They were patient, friendly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service all around — thank you for going above and beyond! Highly recommend this location!

This place is very shady. They tried to make me pay a yearly & monthly fee ($80) during the free trial before I even started the official membership. They didn’t have a manager there to cancel & tried to say they’d reimburse me later. The general manager, Seema, lied to me about a promotion that was never given. The personal trainer also canceled my session 2 hours prior AFTER I PAID & no one called. I was notified via email. These gyms will try to scam you. THEY WON’T EVER GET A SINGLE DIME FROM ME! Looks great on the outside, inviting decent pricing maybe a promotion to get you to sign up to something you think is cheap & affordable... When I talked to someone at the desk I asked about a deal where you sign up for 1$ you get everything for 1 month but even if you cancel a few days before the next month you still pay for the next month... Crunch fineness is doing unethical business. Report them to the FTC so something can get done about it. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Crunch Fitness. The communication is terrible – nobody seems to know what's going on, and getting a straight answer is impossible. The management is just as bad, with a clear lack of organization and leadership. To top it off, they unlawfully charged me, and resolving it has been a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and choose a different gym. Trust me you can find a bett... read more
