Visited this location while I was on vacation and immediately was greeted by Debbie , who was nothing short of lovely. She had a huge smile on her face and was very helpful and welcoming. She told me where everything was , since she knew it was my first time. I’ve been to lots of gyms where the front desk employees aren’t even around, nor are they helpful. Lovely woman. Thank you Debbie. As well, I don’t know why there aren’t better reviews on this place, it was clean, I enjoyed my workout

I’ve had a great experience at Crunch Fitness Welland, especially working with personal trainer Mo. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about helping you improve. Mo makes every workout challenging but enjoyable and is always willing to explain things and help with technique, diet and anything you need.

This facility is clean and the staff are friendly. You walk in the door and the front desk staff always have a smile on their faces and say hi. Nasir has a way with people. Friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging and easy to talk to. Chris is my personal trainer. He helps me push my self harder, meet my goals. Chris is knowledgeable, friendly and an amazing coach. My biggest shout out goes to Ronda and Melissa fitness instructors. They are energetic, so helpful in the classes. I ask for help with form and question my experience... read more

A/C has not been working since last year. Its so bad I almost passed out. The owner seems not to care about this issue at all. I have adressed this with him more than twice. NOT OK!
