Carlos the “manager” is extremely rude, called the club and asked to speak to a manager about charges to my account. I was then transferred to speak with Carlos who is one of the most misogynistic, condescending, and uneducated BOY who I have ever spoken to. When I told him that he was being extremely rude and talking to me in a condescending manner he hung up on me.
