Gym is fine, nothing special. Cancelation process can only be done in person, can’t be done online or over the phone.
I love Crunch! I love the group fitness classes. The instructors have all been really great. However, this location really needs to hire a cleaning company. The showers have a mold/mildew smell. There’s always hair everywhere. The shower curtains are gross. It’s weird to me that there’s hand soap dispensers in the showers rather than body wash. The toilets are always dirty. The toilet seat cover dispensers have also never had any toilet seat covers in them.
I've been a member of Crunch for 5 year, and 3 out of the 5 years were at this location, Warren. This is definitely a gym that I've recommended for folks to try out. Great gym vibe and atmosphere. Equipment is good, some of the equipment needs maintenance. However, that's not to say all of equipment is bad. Most of the equipment is in great shape and clean.
