Gym is amazing! Great equipment and customer service!
I recently called them about a payment that was on my account even though i canceled a couple of months ago and the gentleman named jeff was the one i was on the phone with. He was extremely helpful and nice, also being very patient. He got crunch to fully cancel the payments i had, doing more than what i asked. That’s a star worker!
I was excited about getting back into the gym after several months off. The same equipment that was broken when I last went is still broken as well as additional equipment. Cleanliness is lacking. Noticed a lot of old towels and trash around equipment. The tanning rooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in quite sometime. Old tanning lotion on the walls and used bandaids and hair on the floor.
Jeff was very helpful over the phone ! He helped me with entire process ! Thank you so much .
