The sauna smells like absolute crap! Unbearable. They don’t bother to even clean it or wipe anything down. There’s no towels in the bathrooms or anything. But seriously that sauna literally smells like poop. I wouldn’t bother paying for this gym another month.
Do not trust what they tell you, not even what is written on the promotions paper. YOU CANNOT CANCEL UNTIL AFTER 90 DAYS, THEY DO NOT SAY THAT IN THE REGISTRATION. AND WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY LAUGH IN YOUR FACE.
So I started at this gym when they first opened and I enjoyed my experience. I have been to many gyms and seen many come and go in the local area. Although there are some cons about the gym life I appreciate having this one as an option. I recently had to cancel my membership due to health issues and was given incorrect information on how to cancel and what the process was. I was told I would be contacted by the MGR(Jeff). After reading the reviews, I was skeptical !! Jeff was very transparent about the fees and cancellation process. I was already sold from a 8 cent ad, Jeff still took the time to show me around and explain the features of the gym. I also had the opportunity to meet several team members. It was a positive experience.
It was almost too hot in there to even work out. I had to cut my workout short so I could get out.
