I'll start with saying that ive been going to this location and participating in the personal training program for over a year now. Have had no complaints and the personal trainers are all friendly and knowledgeable. That being said their policy is not at all helpful and management either doesn't have any power to even offer assistance or they just don't care to. Came i on a friday and someone picked my lock stole my shoes and my towell . Theres alot if theft here. 2nd time hapoenning to me.
Will charge you a hidden cancellation fee. They’ll charge your card and suppository “send it to collections” cheap equipment, Small gym and rude customer service. Not recommended.
Dirty floors and locker rooms, predatory pricing and practices, overall great equipment if it's not out of order or overcrowded. I had a terrible experience with their staff and they tried to rip me off (story below), but also I *hate* the wide open layout of the gym with awkwardly facing equipment (also more details below). I do not recommend getting a membership for this gym. Unless you want to get scammed. Avoid the short girl with the super short hair at the desk. I will not provide her name because its obvious who she is by the description and she might retaliate given how agressive she got when we spoke with her. I'm sure we are not the only people she has scammed so her name is probably out there anyways. She will sign you up or upgrade your membership without your consent. I would like to start this off by saying that they have been claiming to be opening in a month for several months now and still have nothing but an abandoned building. Therefore, all of the employees most do their work in the workspace of others around town. This is something that says a lot about one's business. Me and plenty of other people in town value places for the peace and quiet that they offer and walking into that place to see every seat and table is taken with business activity is very disruptive.
My daughter made it clear she would be using gym for two months when home from college. Nothing was said about $59 annual free and verbally told would get another month free when home from break. When asked about fee and free month nothing in computer and can’t do anything about it. Written contract did show a fee but the verbal communication becomes a she said she said situation and my daughter was clearly mislead with no remorse from gym.
I have been a member since January. Everyone is helpful and super nice. The instructor take time to explain everything to make sure your getting the most out of your workouts.
If anyone is looking for a personal trainer, I would definitely recommend Gavin. He is knowledgeable about the studies of muscle formation and how to avoid things that could harm or strain the body. He has a great deal of patience and understanding towards any unexpected events that may occur. He is encouraging you to challenge yourself to the fullest potential.
