Really great gym. So many machines to choose from and work with; grateful I got to work out here today
This is the best Gym in south Georgia. I am a veteran and have a service dog. Mrs Jackie Lyons the manager there totally except us with open arms. There's absolutely no judgment here. Mrs Jackie has to be one of the most understanding and patient human on earth. She and her staff have whipped that place in shape. They are always out in the community doing stuff for kids , first responders, and vets. They had an outstanding Power Lift event that energized the entire gym.
