As an athlete from high school to college and arena football, I always look for the best gym, amentities to price ratio, and gyms from GA to Orlando, Fla comparisons, this gym seems awesome. It's clean, set up nice,and the customer service is above par. Good job Jackie Smith, you made my first experience worth it, and as a gym junkie, i will definitely recommend this location. You were very knowledgeable about the equipment schedules offered. Keep up the amazing work!

Been a member for four years. Lately they started cleaning and closing locker rooms at peak gym hours (6:30 PM) leaving the locker room inaccessible as well as the sauna. We all pay upwards of $20 a month to not even have access to areas of the gym. Please reconsider what times the locker rooms are cleaned or have someone clean around people in there. This is the best gym and best people in Valdosta, just don’t inconvenience the members
