Bad customer service and cheap equipment most of the time broken or not working
Dont recommend it, trash. Went in for a new membership and staff is not even responding properly. Dont waste your money here.
i want to bring attention to something really uncomfortable i witnessed at the gym today. especially as a younger adult, (most likely my age) it left a bad impression. DON’T GO to this location. the manager is honestly terrible. he’s never available when you ask to speak with him, and whenever he is around, he gives off rude, unapproachable vibes. Very bad experience with them. No one pickup the call no matter how many times you call and manager is never available. It’s really easy to enroll and when u cancel membership, you are screwed up with one month notice. When I want to cancel my membership an associate after so many calls responded once and didn’t have any information about notice period. And specially you have wait for hours to talk to someone at gym because of no associates.
