Always so full with lil high school kids just hogging the machines a or standing around doing content it’s Annoying! This ain’t a hook up place staff should really start kicking people out who are not working out.
I've been a member since day one and this is what I've got to say.... Crunch Fitness in Tracy loves to boast about being a $5 million facility, but management seems to have let that status go straight to their heads while completely abandoning basic hygiene. Since day one, I’ve witnessed a massive decline in how this location is maintained, culminating in staff simply slapping an "Out of Order" sign on a bathroom stall instead of actually cleaning up vomit and bodily fluids off the floor. My favorite place, really nice people working there and good vibes for sure .
I was a crunch member for a while but you really understand the genuine service value when you have to leave or cancel and its been the most frustrating experience. I had to transfer my home gym club membership from Frisco,Texas to Tracy, California. They have such a weird policy. Each gym has a different policy and even a different app UI!! I wanted to actually cancel my membership since i am moving to a new location that does not have crunch. I cant do that in Frisco since they require you to be physically present. And gym... read more
