I absolutely love Crunch! I was so excited when they re-opened to finally be able to be back in the gym! Their staff are all super friendly and the safety protocols and cleaning procedures they have in place make it a wonderful place to be. I would recommend Crunch in Palatine to everyone, plus you can’t beat their price for everything they offer!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I USED TO GO LIFETIME FITNESS, BUT I DECIDED TO SWITCH TO CRUNCH. "BAD DECISION ". I PAID FOR MONTHS, AND NEVER USED. ON MARCH 17TH AROUND 8PM I DECIDED TO GO PERSONALLY AND CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND I ASKED THE MANAGER TO STOP THE PAYMENT (FOR APRIL) SINCE I WAS PAYING FOR MONTHS AND NEVER USED. HE AGREED, AND SAID HE WOULD DO IT IN THE MORNING BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSING....I THOUGH IT WAS OVER.
