About a month ago I inquired about a Crunch membership at the Laskey rd location. I decided on the 9.99 standard membership. One month later they deducted 19.23 from my bank spend cash account. When I asked management about the price difference they said that was the contract. I told them I signed up for the 9.99 a month special. Very rude Management I’ve had 3 different stories from 3 different employees about how to cancel my membership. They need to take a customer service course on how to talk to people!! How do you answer the phone with an attitude! Then over talk a customer!! Don’t waste your time or money with them!
Update 2026: cancelling my membership and moving to planet the gym is a pig stye, management and ownership doesn’t want to do the work. The sauna has been out for a month which I pay for, and I demand it immediately. I am cancelling and I will just cancel my card and get a whole new card just so they wish they can hit me with a cancellation fee and I’m going to talk to my bank to block all charges related to crunch. This gym doesn’t deserve a dime from any of us until they bring it to proper health standards. They simply don... read more

Crunch Toledo is my home gym, however, it is common that the gym will not be opened on time. Today is 6/8/2026, scheduled to open at 5 am, it is now 5:48 am and they are still not open. Totally unacceptable as there are approximately 40 people waiting for this establishment to open.
