No way to cancel. Absolute garbage and management just makes fun of you. Don't waste ur money. Planet fitness looks like gods compared to these clowns. The management won't do anything about canceling my membership till I pay a annual fee 🙃 already paid 2 months I didn't read fine print i guess. Literally said cancel anytime
Dirty, hot, no fans, garbage cans overflowing, there 9.99 membership is a fraud, and the .01 annual fee is a fraud. They charge over 19 for the 9.99 membership, and over 49 for the .01 annual fee Worst of all, I had to spend an hour at the bank reporting the fraud and disputing the charges after they wouldn't cancel the membership in person, after refusing to fix the charges. There's a bigger, cleaner, cooler, cheaper gym across the street. I left that gym because this gym advertised as being cheaper, it's not!
Omg Rachel and Sam are the best!
would give 0 stars if I could
