Although I like the staff, the facilities (for the most part), and the hours, it was confirmed today this specific location will be closing at the end of May. Don't waste your money joining this location. I plan on canceling my membership and finding another gym.
The group fitness instructors were AMAZING. Would give them 5 stars independently if I could. Otherwise this gym has clearly been mismanaged most clearly indicated by their sudden closure without informing their members. The gym just starting selling their equipment and cancelling classes while still charging members full price.
Crunch Fitness is a great gym with an energetic atmosphere and friendly staff. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a wide variety of classes for every fitness level. Very disappointed about this place. Signed up in March and they never send a notification about the gym being permanently close by the end of May. Just found out this week because they changed the closing times to 8pm. Someone told me that they knew since February. Overall staff was amazing and the place was always clean. Poor management for not letting us know about big changes.
Don't waste your time or money! This location is PERMANENTLY closing at the end of May!! As of today, 05/20/2025, the gym closes at 8:00 PM. The end is near!
