Crunch Fitness Swansea is one of the most disappointing gyms I’ve ever encountered. On the surface, it markets affordability, variety of equipment, and the “judgment free” brand image, but in practice, it delivers a frustrating and unwelcoming experience. The weekend hours are laughable—closing at 7 p.m. Friday through Sunday makes the gym practically unusable for anyone with a normal work or social schedule. Clean, equipment is new and the AC works, very comfortable for hot humid days.
You can tell the bald dude hates his job besides that everyone is great
Went in to personally cancel membership during spring break, 3 months later I find out I am still receiving recurring payments from this gym which i had not been looking at because I assumed it was canceled. Now I am receiving an “unavoidable” annual fee for a gym I haven’t been to for 3 months.
