Edwin is the absolute man, from the customer service, to the smile as soon as you walk threw the door, Edwin always makes my workout a little bit better!
Twice now I have given them a chance and both times have messed up my billing. I called in on June 19th to cancel my membership and was persuaded to just pause until September. I was told bc it was the third week of June I would still pay for that month, that was fine. Then I get a call today (July 21) saying my account is in collections for non-payment?! I tell them what happened and they say they have no record of that. Then he says he can see I came in last month on the 20th but I still need to pay for July. I never went ... read more
Constantly increasing membership dues are a scam. Edwin has no clue what he’s talking about and just talks in circles. Super unhelpful and repeats the same scripted corporate BS over and over. Also, the place was relatively clean for a couple weeks, which was a nice change. Now it’s back to being an unsanitary mess.
