Amazing staff great place
The entryway front desk staff have no knowledge of what they are doing on their computer system, and their treatment of customers who want to cancel is despicable. I went in three times over 3 weeks to CANCEL and each time I went back they said my membership was still Active! I never received an email confirming cancellation, so I went back again and again. On top of that I just noticed they charged my credit card on file for $29 even though I have a FREE membership through Silver Sneakers! Avoid this place and save yourself... read more
