So affordable as compared to others.
Many times pieces of equipment are broken and take a prolonged period of time to repair. The gym is abnormally hot and management refuses to run the fans at a speed above turtle speed because the geriatric members complain that they are cold while “working out”. The rest of the members are uncomfortable and unnecessarily hot because they will not turn the fan up. Sincerely, Member that swears when actually working out and not here for social hour.
For 6 months I’ve been trying to cancel my membership from them after I moved away begging them to cancel it and they absolutely refuse they take money out every month I live no where near Stuart anymore and they expect me to come in I’ve called and the general manager was no help she was unreasonable place is a damn scam never going to use ta crunch again if I could give 0 stars I will I’m calling the better business bureau as well
Really love this gym it has everything and good people.
