Cancelled my membership in person. Still getting charged. Told I need to come in to resolve. Everything with this gym is an inconvenience.
Absolute scam of a gym. In 2023 I had the full membership with a guest pass so my girlfriend and I could workout. I ended up moving out of state to go to college and realized I never cancelled my membership. I then emailed and called and was told I had to do it in person (feels illegal) and ended up having to cancel my card so it wouldn’t charge me $30/month which adds up quick for a college kid. My home gym for sure. Love it here.
My experience with this gym has been an absolute nightmare. They lured us in with a promise of a 10-dollar trial month, assuring us we could cancel at any time. Instead, they secretly charged our card 30 dollars per person (for two people). When we went back to confront them about this fraud, the manager shamelessly admitted it was an "error" made by her staff, but refused to fix it.
