Unfortunately, I’ve been trying to get my membership fully transferred from Jersey Strong to Crunch Fitness for more than 3 months. When Jersey Strong closed, we were informed that our memberships would transfer to Crunch Fitness effective June 1, 2026. I’m still being charged by Crunch, but my account has not been properly activated. Because of this, I can’t sign up for included classes, use other Crunch locations when traveling, or, most importantly, access the gym during early morning and late evening non-staffed hours.... read more

Hello, It has been over two months now that I cannot access the gym during non staffed hours. My membership has been transferred and I cannot use this gym as advertised. I pay to be able to use this gym for 24 hours. What is going on with the transfer?

Best Zumba class!! Donna V has an incredible energy level! She keeps the class fun energized and moving! You feel like you've had a workout but you've had fun doing it. I drive a half hour to get to this class. This is going to be my Saturday morning ritual going forward! So glad I found it! I have a local favorite in Tinton Falls too but I'm driving 30 minutes to come to this class so that says something! Thanks Donna!!!
