Cory is absolutely horrible . Sneakily made my son sign up for personal trainer when he was not interested and charged our bank account $440. When we called and asked for refund ( my son didn’t even use the trainer as he and we were not even aware until we saw the charge) he rudely refused to refund. Absolute rubbish customer service. I am cancelling my membership also. There are lot better options available .
Cancelled my membership months ago, went through their process and they still continue to charge me and act dumb like it never happened. When I show them documented proof that they cancelled it, they tell me to wait 3 hours for a manager. There never seems to be a manager there — scam artists. Save your money, there’s much better gyms nearby
