I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had with Cory, the fitness manager, on my very first day at your facility. I came in looking for the most affordable training option and clearly stated that to him. Instead of being upfront about all available choices, Cory pressured me into a $150 personal training package that I never asked for. I’ve been a member here for 30+ years and it feels like family. Raelyn our front desk gal is sweet, caring and always helpful. The bad part her at Crunch is it’s not very clean, except the women’s bathroom is always clean…Patti does an amazing job and super kind and friendly. I enjoy my mornings at Crunch:)
This place is awesome
Great gym, great staff, great everything, you meet all the people that work here and are just blessed and happy that for once a gym has a great environment. Never had a problem here. Definitely recommend over any other gym in simi.
